Product Description :-

The Cantilever Portable type CNC Flame & Plasma Cutting System is a compact CNC cutting machine in which the torch is carried on an arm supported from one side. It cuts shapes and profiles from metal plate with an oxyfuel (flame) or plasma torch, following a programmed path. Its light build suits fabrication shops and site teams that need to move the machine between jobs.

The machine is built on an aluminium structure with an aluminium guide rail and imported linear guideways. Motion comes from a helical 2 module 15 x 15 mm rack and ground pinion, driven in single-drive mode by Leadshine stepper motors and drives. It uses the FLMC-2100B plasma controller, an F1621 automatic torch height controller with anti-collision and arc voltage control, and an imported torch lifter. It works with Paragweld, Huayuan and other plasma power sources, and with nesting software such as Most 2D and FastCAM.

It suits workshops and site teams that cut flanges, base plates, gussets, brackets and other profiled parts from steel plate. Because the structure and guide rail are aluminium, the machine is light enough to move between jobs or set up where the plate is. For fixed, high-volume cutting of large heavy plates, the Heavy duty Gantry type system is the better choice.
Yes. It is a combined flame and plasma system. Plasma is faster on thin and medium plate and also cuts stainless steel, aluminium and other conductive metals. Oxyfuel cuts only carbon and low-alloy steel, but it handles thicker plate economically. Many users run plasma for day-to-day sheet and plate work and switch to the flame torch for heavier mild steel sections.
The machine moves and guides the torch, so the maximum thickness depends on the process and the equipment fitted. In plasma mode it is set by the plasma power source, such as a Paragweld or Huayuan unit. In flame mode it depends on the cutting tip and gas supply. Tell us the thickest plate you cut regularly and we will suggest a suitable combination.
Both are portable machines with an aluminium structure, a 15 x 15 mm helical rack and ground pinion, Leadshine stepper motors, the FLMC-2100B controller and the F1621 torch height controller. The main difference is the drive. The Cantilever model uses a single drive with the torch on a one-sided arm, while the Portable Gantry type uses a double drive with the beam supported on both sides.
Cutting programs run on the FLMC-2100B plasma controller. The F1621 automatic torch height controller reads the arc voltage and keeps the torch at a steady height over uneven plate, and its anti-collision feature helps protect the torch. Parts are drawn in CAD and arranged on the plate in nesting software such as Most 2D or FastCAM, which creates the cutting program.
Keep the aluminium guide rail, linear guideways and rack free of dust and slag, and check that the pinion meshes cleanly. Inspect plasma consumables such as the nozzle and electrode, and clean or replace flame cutting tips when the cut quality drops. Check gas hoses and fittings for leaks before each shift.
