Product Description :-

The Paragweld TIG 200p is a compact welding machine in our Pulse TIG/MMA AC/DC welder series, where each model combines TIG and MMA welding in one power source. It is built for workshops that need neat, controlled TIG welds on thin sheet, tube and light fabrication, and it can also run stick electrodes for repair and tacking work. It is one of two models in the series that work on a single-phase supply.

The TIG 200p runs on single-phase AC 220 V ±15% at 50/60 Hz and gives an output current range of 10-200 A at a 60% duty cycle. The specification table lists a no-load voltage of 56 V, 85% efficiency, a power factor of 0.93, class F insulation and an IP21 housing. It takes wire of 1.6-2.00 mm and electrodes of 1.6-3.15 mm, weighs 10 kg and measures 410 x 205 x 275 mm.

Yes. The TIG 200p is listed for a single-phase AC 220 V supply with a ±15% tolerance, at 50/60 Hz. That makes it one of the few machines in our range that works without a three-phase connection. Use a dedicated socket and cable of a suitable rating rather than a light extension lead, and ask our team if you are unsure.
The TIG 200p belongs to our Pulse TIG/MMA series, in which each machine combines TIG and MMA (stick) welding. Use TIG for clean welds on thin stainless steel and mild steel, and MMA for tacking, repairs and outdoor work. For aluminium, which needs AC TIG, look at the TIG 200p AC/DC, and confirm the output modes of this model with our team.
With an output current range of 10-200 A, the TIG 200p suits thin sheet, tube, light fabrication and general repair. The low 10 A starting point helps you weld thin material without burning through, while the upper end covers medium sections. For regular work on heavy sections, the TIG 400p in the same series goes up to 400 A.
Both cover 10-200 A, weigh 10 kg and are rated at a 60% duty cycle. The main difference is the supply: the TIG 200p runs on single-phase 220 V, while the TIG 200A in our TIG welder series needs three-phase 415 V. The TIG 200p also belongs to the Pulse TIG/MMA series. Choose by the power available at your site.
It means the TIG 200p can weld for about six minutes in every ten-minute period at its rated output, then needs about four minutes to cool. Sheet metal and tube work usually runs well below the maximum current and includes short pauses, so in day-to-day use the machine can weld for longer stretches.
The TIG 200p has an IP21 housing and class F insulation, so keep it indoors or covered and away from rain and dripping water. Leave space around it for cooling air, clean out dust from time to time with the power off, and check the torch cable, earth clamp and gas hose for wear before you start work.
