The LGK Air Plasma Cutter Series 160 is a three-phase air plasma cutting machine for workshops that cut thick plate regularly. It handles mild steel, stainless steel and other conductive metals and suits heavy structural fabrication, heavy engineering, steel stockyards and CNC profile cutting with long cutting runs.
It runs on AC 415 V at 50/60 Hz with a rated input power of 32 kVA and a rated input current of 43 A. The output current range is 35-160 A at a rated output voltage of 144 V, with a 100% duty cycle at 40°C and 90% efficiency. It uses HF pilot arc starting and an air pressure of 4.5-5.5 kgf/cm². The table lists a cutting thickness of 1-40/1-50 mm and 18 mm dross-free on CNC. It weighs 58 kg and measures 720 x 350 x 625 mm.
