Product Description :-

The Heavy duty Table type Fiber Laser Cutting System is a CNC machine that cuts sheet metal with a focused fiber laser beam instead of a plasma arc or gas flame. The sheet lies on the machine table while the cutting head moves over it along a programmed path. It is used for accurate parts with fine detail and clean edges, such as panels, brackets, enclosures and machine components.

The machine is built on a high-quality mild steel structure. It can be fitted with IPG Photonics, Raycus, Max Photonics or JPT laser sources, and it uses a Raycus auto focus cutting head. Motion runs on PMT or HIWIN linear guideways with a Y.Y.C make helical ground pinion and a Shimpo or similar gearbox. Cutting is controlled by the CYP-CUT controller, parts are nested in FS-CUT software, and a water chiller cools the system.

It suits sheet metal workshops and manufacturers that need accurate parts with clean edges and fine detail, such as panels, brackets, enclosures, signage, and machine and electrical components. Parts with small holes, slots and sharp corners are where a fiber laser performs best. Tell us your material and thickness range and we will confirm whether this machine is the right fit.
A fiber laser focuses its beam to a very small spot, so the kerf is narrow, the heat-affected zone is small and fine details stay sharp. Plasma cutting is usually more economical on thick plate. For thin and medium sheet where accuracy and edge finish matter, a fiber laser often needs less grinding or finishing after cutting.
The machine can be fitted with IPG Photonics, Raycus, Max Photonics or JPT fiber laser sources. The source and its power rating decide the maximum thickness and cutting speed for each material, so the choice should follow the sheet you cut most often. Share your materials and thicknesses and our team will suggest a suitable source.
An auto focus head sets the focal position of the laser beam automatically, based on the cutting program. This lets the machine switch between different materials and thicknesses without the operator adjusting the lens by hand, which saves setup time and keeps cut quality consistent from job to job.
The fiber laser source and cutting head produce heat during operation. The water chiller circulates cooling water to keep their temperature stable, which protects the laser components and keeps the output steady during long runs. Keep the chiller in a clean, ventilated place, maintain the correct water level and use the water quality recommended for the chiller.
Cutting is controlled by the CYP-CUT controller, and parts are nested on the sheet using FS-CUT software, which arranges parts closely to reduce scrap.
