Laser Welding Machine - PW3000

Laser Welding Machine PW3000 Manufacturer

Laser Cleaning System

Product Description :-

Laser Welding Machine – PW3000 is a high-capacity fiber laser system designed for heavy-duty industrial welding, cutting, and cleaning applications. Equipped with a powerful MAX/Raycus fiber laser source operating at 1070 ± 5nm, the PW3000 functions in continuous or modulated mode to ensure exceptional beam stability and deep, consistent weld penetration. It supports welding of mild steel up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm, and aluminum up to 6 mm—making it suitable for high-thickness fabrication tasks. With a 10-meter torch length, 30 mm cleaning width, adjustable output power from 5–95%, and precise cutting capability of 1 to 3 mm, this system delivers superior versatility and performance for advanced manufacturing needs.

Widely used in automotive production, heavy fabrication, machinery repair, and industrial manufacturing lines, the PW3000 offers welding speeds of up to 120 mm/s while significantly reducing post-weld finishing. Its compatibility with high-purity argon or nitrogen ensures excellent shielding during welding and cutting operations, and the built-in water cooling system maintains optimal thermal stability during prolonged use. With a long service life of up to 100,000 hours, robust 188 kg construction, and reliable AC415V three-phase power input, the Laser Welding Machine – PW3000 provides outstanding efficiency, durability, and precision for demanding industrial environments.

frequently asked questions (FAQ)

The PW3000 has the highest welding capacity in the PW series. It is rated for mild steel up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm and aluminium up to 6 mm. This makes it suitable for heavier fabrication, machinery parts and thicker sections that are beyond the range of the PW1500 and PW2000.
Unlike the PW1500 and PW2000, which run on 220V single phase, the PW3000 needs an AC 415V three-phase supply. Plan the electrical connection before installation and make sure the supply point and cabling are rated for the machine. Our team can guide you on the requirements during the enquiry.
Choose the PW3000 if you regularly weld mild steel above 8 mm, stainless steel above 6 mm or aluminium above 4 mm, and you have a three-phase supply available. If most of your work is thinner sheet and plate, the PW2000 may be enough and runs on single-phase supply. Share your typical joints and we will suggest the right model.
The PW3000 has a cleaning function with a 30 mm cleaning width, useful for removing oxide and light rust before and after welding. A cutting thickness is not specified for the PW3000 in its specification table, so if you need cutting please confirm the details with our team. The PW1500 and PW2000 list a cutting range of 1 to 3 mm.
The PW3000 uses argon or nitrogen of 99.99 percent purity as the auxiliary gas to shield the weld from air and prevent oxidation. It has built-in water cooling, which keeps the laser source at a stable temperature during long welding runs. Check the coolant level regularly and keep the machine in a clean, ventilated place.
Laser welding puts a concentrated beam into a small area, so the heat input is low and the part distorts less than with many arc processes. Welds usually need less grinding and finishing. With a welding speed range of 1 to 120 mm/s and output adjustable from 5 to 95 percent, the operator can balance penetration and speed for each joint.
