Product Description :-
The Portable Gantry type CNC Flame & Plasma Cutting System is a movable CNC cutting machine in which the torch travels on a beam supported on both sides. It cuts parts from metal plate with an oxyfuel (flame) or plasma torch, following a nested program. It suits fabrication shops and site work where a full gantry is needed but the machine still has to be shifted between jobs.
The machine uses an aluminium structure with an aluminium guide rail, imported linear guideways and a helical 2 module 15 x 15 mm rack and ground pinion. It has a double drive with Leadshine stepper motors and drives, the FLMC-2100B plasma controller, an F1621 automatic torch height controller with anti-collision and arc voltage control, and an imported torch lifter. It works with Paragweld, Huayuan and other plasma power sources, and with nesting software such as Most 2D and FastCAM.
