  2. Cutting head with cooling system can quickly cool surface of material to avoid burr and residue.
  3. Power supply adjusts current according to different thickness of the material to ensure cutting materials without burr.
  4. Processed Materials of small and neat kerf, without secondary processing.
  5. Advanced digital control system, large capacity storing function, convenient to read and process.
  6. Compatible software: FastCham , FLCHAM , Smartnest , Etc.
  7. Adopt well known plasma power supply and domestic cutting torch power supply.
  8. High configuration with Torch Height Control system, that guarantee the working result successfully.
  9. USB interface operating, very conveniently to operate.

This product is suitable for the steel industry or make steel straight cutting relatively large amount of users.

Straight torch choice is based on the number of torches used steel straight cutting width and the minimum size to choose.

The machine is listed for steel plate, iron, aluminium, copper, galvanised sheet and titanium plate. Plasma cutting handles these conductive metals, while the oxyfuel torch is used only for carbon steel, especially thicker plate. Share your material mix and our team will confirm the right setup.
In a table-type machine the plate sits on a fixed cutting table and the torch moves above it. This gives a compact, self-contained setup for a workshop floor. This model uses a welded frame of thick square tube with imported guide rails from Taiwan for speed and accuracy. Portable machines suit moving between jobs, and heavy-duty gantries suit very large, heavy plates.
Parts are nested in compatible software such as FastCAM or SmartNest, and the program is transferred to the machine through the USB interface. The digital control system has a large storage capacity, so frequently used programs can be saved and recalled easily, which saves setup time on repeat jobs.
A torch height control system keeps the torch at the correct height above the plate during cutting. The power supply current is set to suit the material thickness, and the cutting head has a cooling system that quickly cools the surface of the material to reduce burr and residue. The result is a small, neat kerf that usually needs little secondary work.
Use plasma for thin and medium plate and for non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper and stainless steel, where it is faster and gives a narrower cut. Use oxyfuel for thicker mild steel, where it is the more economical process. Having both on one table lets you handle a wider range of jobs without a second machine.
