Product Description :-

The Paragweld WCD 600 range covers the torch head, cable assemblies and consumable parts for WCD 600 pattern TIG torches. It lets you repair or rebuild the torch, replace damaged hoses and keep wear parts such as nozzles and collets in stock, so a worn or broken part does not hold up production for long.

The parts list includes a three hose complete assembly in 4 m (WD 6002) and 8 m (WD 6003) lengths, a conductor adaptor (AW 3657), an argon hose in 4 m (WD 6006) and 8 m (WD 6007) lengths, a torch head (WD 6001), a long cap (AW 3601) and a short cap (AW 3604), along with a collet, a ceramic nozzle and a gas lens. Quote the part code when you order to get the right item.

The WCD 600 list has nine items: the three hose complete assembly (4 m or 8 m), conductor adaptor AW 3657, argon hose (4 m or 8 m), torch head WD 6001, long cap AW 3601, short cap AW 3604, collet, ceramic nozzle and gas lens. It covers both the main torch assembly and the everyday wear parts.
The three hose complete assembly comes as WD 6002 (4 m) and WD 6003 (8 m), and the argon hose as WD 6006 (4 m) and WD 6007 (8 m). The 4 m length is easier to handle at a fixed bench. The 8 m length gives more reach around large jobs, so you move the machine less often.
A gas lens uses a fine mesh screen to smooth the shielding gas into a steady, even stream. This gives better gas cover over the weld pool and lets the tungsten stick out further from the nozzle, which helps on corners, fillet joints and other places that are hard to reach.
The conductor adaptor is the connecting part between the torch cable assembly and the welding machine. Machine connections differ, so before you order, send our team the model of your welding machine and torch, and we will confirm that the AW 3657 adaptor is the right part for your set-up.
Most WCD 600 parts carry a code, such as WD 6001 for the torch head or AW 3601 for the long cap. Quoting the code, along with the hose length where it applies, helps our team supply exactly the part you need first time and avoids delays from a wrong fit.
Replace the ceramic nozzle when it is cracked, chipped or heavily spattered, as a damaged nozzle upsets the gas flow and can cause porosity. Change the collet when it no longer grips the tungsten firmly or shows heat damage. Keeping a few of each in stock avoids stoppages during a job.
