Using a 1070 ± 5nm laser beam and operating in continuous or modulated mode, the PW1500 provides exceptional control and stability through high-quality MAX/Raycus laser sources. It supports welding of mild steel up to 6 mm, stainless steel up to 5 mm, and aluminum up to 3 mm, ensuring strong, clean joints with minimal heat distortion. With a 10-meter torch length and adjustable laser output from 5–95%, the system enables smooth operation, consistent penetration, and precise handling even on complex components.
Widely used in fabrication workshops, automotive manufacturing, metal repair, and industrial production lines, the PW1500 offers significant advantages over traditional welding methods. It delivers welding speeds of up to 120 mm/s, reduces post-processing requirements, and eliminates issues like excessive spatter or deformation. The system supports high-purity argon or nitrogen as auxiliary gases, features built-in water cooling for stable thermal performance, and offers a long laser source lifespan of up to 100,000 hours.
