Product Description :-

A Paragweld water cooling unit pumps coolant from its tank through a water-cooled welding torch and back again, carrying heat away from the torch during long or high-current welding. This keeps the torch cooler and more comfortable to hold, and helps torch parts last longer. It suits shops where welding runs for long periods.

We offer two models. The PW 10 has a 10 litre tank, a flow rate of 8 L/min and an 8 m head, weighs 20 kg and measures 565 x 325 x 385 mm. The PW 20 has a 20 litre tank, a flow rate of 10 L/min and a 10 m head, weighs 25 kg and measures 544 x 399 x 470 mm. Both run on a single-phase AC 220 V supply at 50/60 Hz, with rated input power listed as 135 for the PW 10 and 185 for the PW 20.

A water cooling unit circulates coolant through a water-cooled torch and cable, then returns it to the tank to cool down before the next pass. This removes heat from the torch during long or high-current welding, so the torch stays comfortable to hold and its parts wear more slowly.
The PW 10 has a 10 litre tank, 8 L/min flow and an 8 m head, and weighs 20 kg. The PW 20 has a 20 litre tank, 10 L/min flow and a 10 m head, and weighs 25 kg. The PW 20 holds more coolant and pumps it harder, which suits longer hoses and longer welding runs.
Both the PW 10 and PW 20 run on a single-phase AC 220 V supply at 50/60 Hz, so they can be plugged in next to the welding machine without a three-phase connection. Their rated input power is listed as 135 for the PW 10 and 185 for the PW 20, which is small next to the welder itself.
Flow rate is how much coolant the pump moves each minute: 8 L/min for the PW 10 and 10 L/min for the PW 20. Head is the height the pump can push coolant against, 8 m and 10 m respectively. A higher head helps the unit keep coolant moving through long hoses and cables.
You need one only if your torch is a water-cooled type, with separate hoses for coolant in and out. A gas-cooled torch does not use a cooling unit. If you are not sure which type you have, send our team the torch model or a photo and we will advise whether the PW 10 or PW 20 suits it.
Check the coolant level before each shift and top it up so the pump never runs dry. Use the coolant recommended by our team, keep the tank and hoses clean, and look for leaks at the connections. Place the unit where air can move freely around it, and replace the coolant if it becomes dirty.
