The Paragweld Special Purpose Welding Machine for Scaffolding Ledger System is built for one job: welding the ledgers used in modular scaffolding. A ledger is the horizontal tube that links the vertical standards, and each one needs its end fittings welded in the right position every time. Doing this by hand on large batches is slow, and the result depends on each welder.

The machine holds the tube and end parts in a fixture and makes the welds in a set sequence, so ledgers come out with consistent alignment and weld quality.
