It supports welding of mild steel up to 8 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm, and aluminum up to 4 mm, ensuring deep penetration and clean, durable welds with minimal deformation. With a 10-meter torch cable, a 30 mm cleaning width, adjustable laser output from 5–95%, and cutting capability of 1 to 3 mm, the system offers powerful versatility for workshops handling diverse fabrication tasks.

Ideal for automotive manufacturing, metal fabrication, repair industries, and production lines, the PW2000 provides faster welding speeds—up to 120 mm/s—while significantly reducing post-weld finishing work. Its high-purity argon or nitrogen gas compatibility ensures stable shielding during welding and cutting operations, while the built-in water cooling system maintains optimal temperature for prolonged use. The PW2000 suits fabrication shops that weld mild steel up to 8 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm and aluminium up to 4 mm. Typical work includes stainless steel products, enclosures, frames, brackets and general sheet metal fabrication, where a neat weld with little distortion saves grinding and finishing time.
The PW2000 sits in the middle of the range. The PW1500 welds mild steel up to 6 mm, stainless steel up to 5 mm and aluminium up to 3 mm. The PW2000 handles 8 mm, 6 mm and 4 mm. The PW3000 goes up to 12 mm, 8 mm and 6 mm but needs a 415V three-phase supply, while the PW1500 and PW2000 run on 220V single phase.
No. The PW2000 runs on AC 220V single-phase supply, the same as the PW1500. This lets you add higher welding capacity without a three-phase connection. Make sure your supply point and wiring are rated for the machine, and our team can guide you on the requirements before installation.
The PW2000 has a welding speed range of 1 to 120 mm/s and laser output adjustable from 5 to 95 percent. Lower output and slower speeds suit thin sheet and fine joints, while higher settings give deeper penetration on thicker material. Setting the two together lets the operator control heat input and weld size for each job.
The 10 metre torch length lets the operator move around large or awkward workpieces without shifting the machine itself. This is helpful when welding long seams, frames or assemblies on a fixture. It also keeps the main unit away from the immediate welding area, where spatter and dust are more likely.
