The LGK Air Plasma Cutter Series 200 is the largest machine in the LGK air plasma range. It is a three-phase air plasma cutter for very thick mild steel, stainless steel and other conductive metals, used in heavy engineering, heavy plate fabrication, scrap and dismantling work and CNC profile cutting of thick plate.
It runs on AC 415 V at 50/60 Hz with a rated input power of 45 kVA and a rated input current of 68 A. The output current range is 40-200 A at a rated output voltage of 160 V, with a 100% duty cycle at 40°C and 90% efficiency. It uses HF pilot arc starting and an air pressure of 4.5-5.5 kgf/cm². The table lists a cutting thickness of 1-60/1-70 mm and 22 mm dross-free on CNC. It weighs 75 kg and measures 825 x 350 x 735 mm.
