LGK Air Plasma Cutter Machine 120

LGK Air Plasma Cutter Machine 120 Manufacturer

Parag Weld Cut 40

Product Description :-

The LGK Air Plasma Cutter Series 120 is a three-phase air plasma cutting machine for heavy fabrication. It cuts mild steel, stainless steel and other conductive metals and is used for structural steel, heavy plate, machinery manufacture, repair work and CNC profile cutting, while still handling thinner sheet at lower current settings.

It runs on AC 415 V at 50/60 Hz with a rated input current of 24 A and gives an output current of 30-120 A at a rated output voltage of 128 V. The duty cycle is 80% at 40°C, efficiency is 90% and arc starting is HF pilot arc. Air pressure is 4.5-5.5 kgf/cm², and the table lists a cutting thickness of 1-30/1-40 mm with 16 mm dross-free on CNC. The machine weighs 38 kg and measures 636 x 290 x 535 mm.

frequently asked questions (FAQ)

The LGK 120 is a three-phase air plasma cutter for heavy fabrication. With a 30-120 A output range and a listed cutting thickness of 1-30/1-40 mm, it suits structural steel, heavy plate, machinery manufacture, tank and vessel repair, and scrap cutting, while still handling thinner sheet at the lower end of its current range.
The LGK 120 runs on a three-phase AC 415 V supply at 50/60 Hz, with a rated input current of 24 A. Its efficiency is listed at 90% and its power factor at 0.86. Use a dedicated three-phase connection with a correctly rated breaker and cable, and make sure the machine is earthed. Our team can confirm the full electrical requirement for your site.
The spec table lists a CNC dross-free cutting thickness of 16 mm for the LGK 120. On a CNC table with the correct speed, torch height and air pressure, it can give clean edges that need little cleaning up to about this thickness. For general cutting, the table lists an overall range of 1-30/1-40 mm.
The LGK 120 is rated at an 80% duty cycle at 40°C. At full rated output in a 40°C ambient, it can cut for about 8 minutes in every 10 before it needs to cool, and longer at lower current. It has class F insulation and an IP21S housing, so keep it in a dry, ventilated place with its cooling vents clear.
Check the electrode and nozzle regularly and replace them together when the electrode tip is pitted or the nozzle bore is worn out of round. Drain water from the compressor and air filter daily. Keep the cooling vents clear, blow dust out of the machine with dry air at intervals with the power off, and inspect the torch cable and earth clamp for damage.
The LGK 120 offers 30-120 A, an 80% duty cycle and 16 mm dross-free CNC cutting, and weighs 38 kg. The LGK 160 steps up to 35-160 A, a 100% duty cycle at 40°C, a listed thickness of 1-40/1-50 mm and 18 mm dross-free CNC cutting, but weighs 58 kg and is rated at 32 kVA input. Choose the LGK 160 for continuous heavy-plate work.
