Advance IGBT Inverter Technology. Inverter frequency is 20Khz, greatly reducing the volume and weight of the welder. Great reduction in magnetic loss obliviosly enhances the welding efficiency and energy andenergy saving effect. Swirching frequecy is beyond audio range,which almost eliminates noise pollution. Arc voltage compensation function,providing a good condition for welding.

The Premium MZ 1250 is for users who need more current than a 1000 A machine. With a 100-1250 A output, it suits heavy submerged arc welding on thick plate and long seams, such as heavy structural members, large tanks, pressure vessels and pipe fabrication, where high deposition rates save time.
The Premium MZ 1250 goes up to 1250 A against 1000 A for the MZ 1000, is rated at 79.93 kVA against 57 kVA, and weighs 92 kg against 89 kg. Both take 3.15-6.3 mm wire and are listed at 100% duty cycle. Choose the MZ 1250 if your welding procedures call for currents above 1000 A.
The Premium MZ 1250 needs a three-phase 415 V AC supply (plus or minus 15%) at 50/60 Hz. It is rated at 79.93 kVA input power with a rated input current of 98 A. This is a large load, so check your transformer or supply capacity and have an electrician size the breaker, input cable and earthing.
The Premium MZ 1250 is listed at a 100% duty cycle over a 10-minute test period. This means it is rated to weld continuously at its rated output without rest periods. That matters in submerged arc welding, where a single seam on a long beam or a large shell can take many minutes to complete.
